Overview Licensed Insurance Agent - PT/FT Work From Home Base pay range: $65,000.00/yr - $250,000.00/yr. This range is provided by Coury Insurance Group. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Responsibilities Mortgage Protection/Final Expense/Life Insurance Field Underwriter No cold calling; prospects request your information Be your own boss — work from home virtually with a flexible schedule Meet with clients virtually who request information about protecting their mortgage and family in the event of a death or disability Utilize an abundance of exclusive, qualified direct mail leads available to participants in the lead program Manage lead distribution and appointments with no limit on the number of appointments Work with top-rated carriers offering Living Benefit protection to close deals in a competitive position Qualifications Must be 18 years or older and a legal resident of the United States Will need a state life insurance license; if not licensed, assistance is provided to obtain one (typically takes about 1-2 weeks) Clean criminal background (background check with fingerprinting) Additional qualifications Ability to build rapport with clients over the phone/virtually Ethical, self-disciplined, trustworthy Growth mindset; performance-driven and entrepreneurial Independent, teachable/coachable, honest Personable with strong integrity and a willingness to serve clients Passionate about educating those who need help Positive, confident, and able to help clients in a low-pressure environment Willing to utilize our proven training system designed for success Compensation & Benefits Current levels vary between 70% - 140% annual premium written per policy. Commission level based on activity and sales.
