Your role on the team is to proactively create an exceptional customer experience for our customers. You will spend a large portion of your role creating business processes that create customer experiences that go above and beyond to create a truly “wow” experience for all of our clients.

These experiences are delivered through phone calls, text messages, emails, online presentations, follow up sequences, and immediate responses to inbound support requests.

The person that will get the most fulfillment from this job must love talking to people and approach life with a happy and friendly mindset. Having an interest in personal development and a passion for ongoing education is a good sign that you will enjoy working well within our existing team and culture.

- On site optimization
- Building backlinks
- Ranking local websites
- Wordpress
-  High Level - CRM Software
- Support ticket software. (FreshDesk)
- G-Suite
- Zoom (on-camera meetings)
- Digital marketing knowledge (Online ads, Opt-in pages, Follow up sequences)
- Knowledge of Google Business Ads
- Basic image creation using Canva.com etc.
- Administration of Facebook groups
- Slack (Communication)

Daily responsibilities include

- Working with the media team to ensure that the marketing campaigns for your clients are reaching their goals.

- Outbound proactive communication with clients.

- Building and launching customer delight sequences.

- Responding to incoming support requests.
