Pay Rate: $45.00/hr. on W2
Seeking an experienced LPN to provide 1:1 care for a medically complex 2nd-grade student with holoprosencephaly, cerebral palsy, seizure disorder (VNS), VP shunt, and GT feeding/medications. Responsibilities include seizure monitoring, GT care, medication administration, VP shunt observation, and transportation support.
Requirements: Pediatric/1:1 care experience, GT care, seizure management, and compassionate pediatric nursing skills.
