Part-Time Market Research Recruiter (Remote)

We are looking for a dedicated Market Research Recruiter to join our team and help us deliver high-quality participants for a wide variety of studies.

Role Overview

This is a remote, part-time position with a flexible schedule , ideal for someone who is organized, professional, and eager to contribute to a collaborative team. You’ll be responsible for identifying, screening, and confirming participants for focus groups, interviews, and surveys. Success in this role comes from persistence, attention to detail, and the ability to build rapport with participants.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and screen participants for focus groups, interviews, and surveys
• Communicate with potential participants via phone, email, and text in a professional and friendly manner
• Track recruiting progress accurately using Google Sheets or other systems
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines at once
• Double-check details and maintain accurate records
• Keep participants engaged and comfortable throughout the process
• Spot potential issues early and offer solutions
• Collaborate with the team and provide regular updates

What We’re Looking For

• Strong verbal communication and phone presence
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Persistence and positivity, even after multiple rejections
• Competence with Google Sheets/Excel and willingness to learn new tools
• Professionalism, empathy, and cultural sensitivity in all interactions
• Experience in customer service, sales, or recruiting is a plus but not required

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay : $15/hour + commission (draw system)
• Hourly wages count against earned commission
• If commissions exceed the hourly draw, you receive the difference as additional pay
• Commission per recruit is under review, expected to be in the $15–$20 range
• Schedule : Flexible part-time hours; unpaid time off available with advance notice
• Paid Time Off : 3 sick days per year
• Growth : Opportunity to take on more hours or responsibilities as the company grows
• Benefits : No health or retirement benefits currently, but you will be eligible when they are added
