Beyond Nashville, we manage additional hospitality venues, gas stations, and liquor stores throughout the region. Our focus is on creating unique and engaging guest experiences while maintaining strong brand identities across multiple businesses. About the Role Cumberland Hospitality Group is seeking a Social Media & Marketing Intern for Summer 2025. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity for a creative and motivated student to gain practical experience in social media management, content creation, and event marketing within the hospitality and entertainment industry. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating engaging content, including photos, videos, and graphics, for social media platforms
  • Plan, schedule, and publish posts across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
  • Monitor and engage with online communities by responding to comments and messages
  • Research industry trends and contribute creative campaign ideas
  • Support event promotions, email marketing, and digital advertising efforts
  • Analyze social media performance and track engagement metrics
  • Assist with influencer outreach and partnership collaborations
  • Capture live content at events, concerts, and brand activations
Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in a Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related program
  • Passion for social media, digital marketing, and event promotion
  • Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills
  • Passion and knowledge of our brands
  • Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Suite, or video editing software is a plus
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Must be available for occasional weekend or evening events
