Job Description:
Responsible for assembling mechanical parts and components into finished products by following blueprints and instructions, using hand tools and power tools to fit, position, and align parts while ensuring proper quality control in a manufacturing environment; key duties include reading technical drawings and performing basic mechanical assembly tasks. 

Key responsibilities: Key responsibilities:

• Assembly using hand tools and power tools: Utilizing various hand tools like wrenches, screwdrivers, and power tools like drills to assemble parts according to specifications. 

• Positioning and alignment: Carefully aligning and fitting components to ensure proper fit and function. 
• Quality control checks: Performing inspections throughout the assembly process to identify defects and ensure quality standards are met. 
• Reading and interpreting blueprints and assembly instructions:
• Part preparation: Cleaning, inspecting, and preparing mechanical parts for assembly. 

Required skills:

• Mechanical aptitude: Understanding of basic mechanical principles and how parts fit together. 

• Attention to detail: Ability to carefully follow instructions and identify minor discrepancies. 

• Hand-eye coordination: Precisely manipulating tools and parts to assemble components correctly. 

• Basic math skills: Ability to interpret measurements and calculations on blueprints. 

• Blueprint reading skills: Understanding technical drawings and symbols.
