Medical Assembler
\n Location: Lake Zurich, IL
\n Pay: $18-18.50/hr
\n
\n Shift Information:
\n 1st Shift: 6am-2pm, Monday through Friday
\n 2nd Shift: 2:30pm-10:30pm, Monday through Friday (.50 differential)
\n
\n This is a contract-to-hire position. Experienced candidates encouraged to apply, also can pay based on experience!

\n What’s a typical day as a Medical Assembler? You’ll be: \n\n

\n\t
• Following quality system and all applicable SOPs\n\t
• Producing components, subassemblies, or final assemblies with minimal supervision\n\t
• Performing in-line checks and utilizing hand tools such as calipers and rulers\n\t
• Conducting in-line product testing on subassembly and finished products\n\t
• Identifying and communicating defects to supervisor or engineer\n\t
• Operating a variety of equipment including adhesive dispensers, UV cure, vertical shrinker, braider, tipping machines, and molding equipment\n\t
• Performing daily, weekly, and monthly CER cleaning for individual stations\n

\n This job might be an outstanding fit if you: \n\n

\n\t
• Have experience in a similar role within the medical device manufacturing industry\n\t
• Experience with Calipers, Micrometers, Scalpels, Soldering Iron, Tweezers, and Microscopes\n\t
• 1+ years of assembler experience required, medical/GMP heavily preferred \n
