Job Description

Our client, a leading medical device manufacturer, is seeking a Medical Device Test Engineer to support electronic and medical device testing operations. The ideal candidate will have experience troubleshooting test systems at the component level, managing equipment repairs, and supporting continuous improvement in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair test systems and tooling at the electronic component level
• Identify root causes of test failures and propose design improvements
• Collect and analyze test data to improve equipment and procedures
• Manage test system repairs with internal teams and external suppliers
• Support electronic and medical device manufacturing processes
• Develop and implement testing methods, tools, and documentation
• Conduct equipment and process validations (IQ/OQ/PQ)
• Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO, and other regulatory standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development and improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
• Strong foundational knowledge in electrical engineering principles
• Must have experience troubleshooting test systems at the component level
• Prior experience working with medical devices, with a strong understanding of industry standards and regulatory requirements, is essential.

This is a 12+ month W2 contract opportunity. Please note: we are unable to work with third-party agencies or accept corp-to-corp (C2C) arrangements.
