Medical Writer, US Medical Affairs Consumer Health (Contract) Hanover, NJ, United States (Hybrid) Contract (12 months 15 days) Published 2 days ago On hold Job Summary: The Medical Affairs Writer supports the department in coordinating medical training and compliance-related tasks, providing group support in medical writing and administration of research, partnerships, and HCPs (healthcare providers) contracts. Reporting to the VP of US Medical Affairs, the role involves supporting needs within the US Medical Affairs team, including medical directors. Responsibilities: Perform medical writing to support scientific publications, medical training programs, and internal publication clearance for the US medical affairs department. Support VP of US Med Aff on local medical governance-related activities such as compliance tracking and SOP updates. Coordinate medical inquiries, research, and fellowship programs. Assist in setting agendas and scheduling to enhance team capabilities and efficiency. Administer all department contracts and purchase orders with various stakeholders. Facilitate fair market value assessment and ensure contractual compliance. Skills: B.Sc in a biomedical science discipline. Ability to comprehend project details while seeing the big picture. Resourceful with strong problem-solving skills. Experience working in a multidisciplinary setting. Self-motivated with a focus on project outcomes. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Qualifications: B.Sc in a biomedical science discipline (e.g., pharmacology, biology, biochemistry). Preferably one or more years of work experience in a biomedical setting.
