Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of ERP implementation and enhancement projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management and Finance (formerly Finance & Operations or F&O)—and proven expertise in managing cross-functional teams, budgets, timelines, and stakeholder expectations. This individual will also manage Client’s solution implementation partner to support the system rollout.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management of Microsoft D365 ERP implementation, upgrade, and enhancement initiatives.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, including scope, budget, timelines, milestones, risk management, and deliverables.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors/partners.
• Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions and ensure alignment of business processes with D365 ERP capabilities.
• Oversee system configuration, customization, testing, training, and deployment activities.
• Ensure compliance with project governance, reporting standards, and best practices (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid as appropriate).
• Identify, document, and proactively mitigate project risks and issues.
• Manage change requests, ensuring they are evaluated, approved, and implemented effectively.
• Support user adoption by coordinating training sessions and providing post–go-live support.
• Deliver executive-level reporting on project progress, risks, and financials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in ERP implementations, with at least 2 years specific to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Experience managing at least one full project cycle from initiation through go-live and hypercare.
• Proven track record managing large-scale ERP projects ($1M+ budget; multi-site preferred).
• Strong understanding of ERP business processes.
• Familiarity with construction industry, commercial conventions and project accounting preferred.
• Excellent project management skills; PMP, SCRUM, or Agile certification preferred.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively with technical consultants, developers, and business users.
• Knowledge of organizational change management practices is a plus.
• Experience collaborating with Microsoft partner ecosystems and system integrators.
• Knowledge of the Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) is a plus.
• Expertise in management and training.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
