Your Role as an Internal MLO:
Handle internal purchase and refinance transactions
Engage and convert leads with AI-powered automation
Work closely with realtors, homebuyers, and internal departments
Utilize HubSpot, Slack, and RETR to optimize workflow
Deliver exceptional customer service and close deals efficiently

1 External MLOs (Traditional Model)
- Earn 1.8% to 2.0% per loan
- Tech Fee: $249/month
- Ideal for experienced MLOs looking to maximize earnings
- No caps on any loan products such as DSCR up to 4.250% margins paying 70% of net revenue
2 AIMS A.I Mortgage Solutions (Purchase Transactions Only)
- 60 BPS on Internal Leads | 100 BPS on Company Leads
- 160 BPS on Co-Org Leads
- Tech Fee: $249/month
- Work realtor accounts, attend open houses, and drive leads
- Requirements: 2+ years MLO experience or 5+ years in sales (phone/external sales preferred)
3 AIMS A.I Mortgage Solutions (Refinance Transactions Only)
- 60 BPS on Internal Leads | 100 BPS on Company Leads
- 160 BPS on Co-Org Leads
- Tech Fee: $249/month
- Cater to refinance leads and maximize conversions
- Requirements: 2+ years MLO experience or 5+ years in phone sales
