About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced NetSuite Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supporting NetSuite ERP systems. This role involves providing technical support, managing data integrations, and leveraging advanced analytics to drive business insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Support: Provide comprehensive support for NetSuite ERP troubleshooting and resolving technical issues promptly.
• Analytics and Reporting: Develop custom reports and dashboards within NetSuite to provide real-time analytics and support data-driven decision-making.
• System Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to optimize support workflows and system performance.
• Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver comprehensive business insights.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a technical support role, with at least 2 years focused on NetSuite platforms.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript.
• Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and building ETL pipelines.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively across various departments.
• Certification in NetSuite ERP Consultant or NetSuite SuiteCloud Developer is highly desirable.
