They are hiring for a Network Security Administrator to be responsible for the daily management of information security tools and devices, providing advanced support for systems and applications, processing Move/Add/Change/Delete requests, and serving as the primary point of contact with vendors on behalf of the customer for the delivery of Managed Firewall, SIEM, Endpoint Protection, Vulnerability Management, and Email Security services.

You’ll be on the front lines of innovation, using advanced technologies to protect high-profile enterprise customers across the hospitality, financial, manufacturing, and communications industries.

Responsibilities

• Support security services (Firewall, SIEM, Endpoint, Vulnerability, Email Security).
• Collaborate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to deliver security solutions.
• Mentor Network Security Admin team members.
• Act as a senior member of the incident response team.
• Monitor and maintain the health of security systems.
• Implement services using best practices from Security Operations Engineers.
• Configure security systems, assess requirements, and recommend enhancements.
• Apply security patches and maintain defense readiness.
• Improve customer network and security posture.
• Conduct security assessments and vulnerability scans.
• Create alerts for operational and system health events.

Experience

• Routers and Switches – including platforms such as Cisco
• Firewalls – such as Cisco, Juniper, Check Point, Palo Alto, and Fortinet
• Host and Network Intrusion Prevention Systems – including solutions from Cisco and McAfee
• Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) Systems – such as Securonix, FortiSIEM, AlienVault, and QRadar
• Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) / Extended Detection and Response (XDR) – including Carbon Black, SentinelOne, and CrowdStrike
• Cloud Security Platforms – such as Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS)
