Atlantic Staffing Consultants seeks a reliable Entry-Level Forklift and Skid Steer Operator with at least one year of experience to join our team on the night shift (10 pm —6 am) . Following a successful temp-to-hire period, this position offers an opportunity for long-term employment with a reputable company.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate forklifts and skid steers safely and efficiently.
Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies.
Assist with other tasks as needed, as directed by management.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet operational goals.
Requirements:
Minimum one year of forklift and/or skid steer experience (both preferred but not required).
Steel-toed boots are required on your first day.
Strong attendance record and willingness to work overtime or weekends as needed.
Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects as required by the role.
Ability to sit and operate equipment safely.
Above-average communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled facility.
Pre-employment drug screening and background check required, including criminal and employment verification.
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. (E-Verify used).
