Position Overview:

We are seeking an NP or PA-C interested in starting Part-Time with the opportunity to expand to full time in 3-6 months . The right person will have with a passion for bio-identical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT), medical weight loss, and peptide therapies or a drive to learn and excel in this field. This is not a role for someone looking to clock in and out. We want a provider who thinks critically, questions outdated approaches, and is committed to offering real, results-driven patient care.

Schedule & Compensation

• Part-time: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (in-office) with opportunity to expand to Full Time in 3-6 months
• Compensation: Competitive hourly rate of $50-$75 per hour (dependent on experience) + performance-based bonuses As Silk Life Continues to grow, so does your income!

This is an extremely rewarding field to be in as far as earning potential and the ability to help your patients get real results. Having expertise in Bio-identical hormone replacement therapy and medical weight loss will make you extremely valuable. You will work along side owner and PA-C, Tina Jacobs, providing the opportunity to not only excel in this field but the potential to own your own business one day if desired with what you learn here.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Care & Consultations

• Conduct in-office and Telehealth consultations for BHRT, medical weight loss, and peptide therapies (more than 60% tele-health. While we would want you to start in office there will be opportunity to work from home.)
• Perform detailed medical evaluations , tailoring treatment plans to individual patient needs.
• Prescribe bio-identical hormone replacement therapy, weight loss medications, and peptide therapies with precision.
• Educate patients in a way that makes sense— no robotic scripts, just real conversations.

Team Collaboration & Leadership

• Work alongside PA-C and owner, Tina Jacobs, and a high-performing team of medical assistants to ensure seamless patient care.
• Mentor and guide MAs, reviewing their medication preparations and assisting with blood draws, injections, and treatment protocols as needed.
• Be a leader, not just a provider —help innovate and refine our patient processes.

Patient Support & Follow-Ups

• Address patient concerns with confidence, clarity, and a proactive mindset.
• Think ahead for your patients —anticipate needs, follow up proactively, and adjust treatments accordingly.
• Check in with patients post-procedure (testosterone pellets, injections, etc.), ensuring they feel supported.

Operational & Business Growth

• Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where flexibility and problem-solving are key.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, patient experience, and clinic efficiency.
• Be an advocate for cutting-edge treatments and continuous learning.

Training & Required Study Commitment

• You will be required to complete BHRT training courses prior to your start date and must be able to effectively retain and apply this knowledge.
• You are responsible for mastering the course material and will be expected to pass post-course quizzes.
• You should have an effective study method that allows you to absorb and retain the material so you can confidently educate patients and apply this knowledge in clinical practice.
• The ideal candidate is an analytical, quick-thinking learner —someone who enjoys diving deep into medical concepts, retaining information, and utilizing it in patient care.

Required Skills & Experience

• Licensed NP or PA-C in Colorado with prescriptive authority.
• Experience in BHRT, medical weight loss, OBGYN, urology, or men’s health OR a strong willingness and drive to learn (New Grads with passion and drive welcome!).
• Proficiency in EHR systems (we use Healthie ) and strong clinical documentation skills.
• Confidence in patient communication —we don’t believe in rushed, impersonal care.
