We are currently hiring on-call commercial cleaners to join our team for night shifts and weekend work . As a commercial cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation across various commercial properties such as offices, retail spaces, and other facilities.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and trash removal
• Sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and high-touch surfaces
• Refill supplies (soap, paper towels, toilet paper)
• Clean kitchen areas (cupboards, refrigerator, countertops, appliances)
• Maintain bathroom facilities
• Follow safety procedures and company cleaning standards
• Respond to emergency cleaning requests
• Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding issues or supply needs

Haves to Be Considered:

• Availability Monday to Friday and weekends
• Strong verbal communication skills
• A mobile phone with internet access (iOS 14+ or Android 7+ required)
• Minimum 1 year of commercial cleaning experience
• Ability to work independently without direct supervision
• Willingness to undergo a criminal background check
• Reliable, professional, punctual, and detail-oriented

• Only experienced cleaning professionals will be contacted by our operations team.
• If you meet all requirements, you'll be invited to complete a test job .
• We'll guide you through our cleaning standards to evaluate if the partnership is a good fit.
• We work with a network of highly skilled subcontractors who receive consistent job opportunities and grow their cleaning businesses with us.

How you will get paid

• Complete services as scheduled (Mon–Sun cycle)
• You’ll receive a draft invoice to confirm your hours
• Bi-weekly direct deposit payments (every second Friday for the prior two weeks)

Location: Sarnia, ON (N7S area code)
Job Type: Contractor – Casual, Seasonal
Hourly Rate: $17.50/hour

Schedule:

• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
