Affordable Housing Onboarding Specialist (Information Technology) - Only Candidates in CA, WA, AZ, NV or TX will be considered. This is a Remote Position.

What We Are Looking For:
We are seeking an Affordable Housing Onboarding Specialist to join our IT Team . The Affordable Housing Onboarding Specialist operates independently to plan, coordinate, and execute all phases of the property onboarding process, to include initial data collection and system setup to full operational handoff. This role supports compliance with HUD, Tax Credit, and other housing programs by reviewing tenant certifications, resolving issues, and providing technical support.
This is a full-time with full benefits. Salary Range is $68,640 - $75,000.
