Job Title: Operations Specialist Reports to: Senior Operations Manager Position Summary: The Operations Specialist will work independently as a professional Operations expert to drive adoption of the franchise model within the franchisee businesses with strategic alignment to the Senior Operations Manager.   • Independently provide franchisees with continuous operations support, such as, but not limited to, manpower planning, delivering profitability, how to effectively run an Operations Department in a Mechanical/Electrical service business and focusing on KPI Metrics.
  • Independently develop and implement training programs in technical and customer relations as it applies to the franchisee operations employees.
  • Independently develop programs in technical and customer relations as it applies to the franchisee operations employees.
  • Independently develop and participate in Operations initial training offerings to ensure the franchisee has a solid understanding of the Linc System. Provide suggestions on enhancing existing training material and course content.
  • Build and maintain rapport and positive working relationships with Linc employees, as well as Linc Service Contractor personnel to solve problems and exploit opportunities.
  • Provide support for any special projects as assigned by your supervisor. These special projects, at the determination of your supervisor, may or may not become part of this position's primary responsibility.
  • Maintain and guard the confidentiality and security of information pertaining to all aspects of Linc System.
  • Independently develop and conduct Continuing Education Training curriculum and online courses for technicians, Service Managers, Project Managers, Service Operations Coordinators, and Dispatchers.
  • Participate in Service Operations Technology projects as a Subject Matter Expert.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Job duties may be modified at any time.
Requirements:
  • BS or BA college degree or 5-10 year operations experience
  • Expert in Mechanical and/or Electrical Service Business operations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Project Coordination and Safety experience within HVAC industry is a plus.
  • Candidate must have Linc HVAC knowledge or have previous work experience at a Linc or ABM location.
