Responsibilities Lead strategic thinking and the tactical delivery of Global OD initiatives. Design, deliver, and evaluate programmatic solutions that grow and develop Associates at Lockton. Consult with the business, HRBPs, Talent Development Network, and Global OD team to deliver measurable impact and strong business results. Act as an in-house consultant across Talent, Leadership & Culture, including Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Change Leadership, Talent Strategy, Career Management, Leadership Capability, and Learning & Development. Deliver value through impactful, scalable, and relevant programming; support the evolution of Lockton as it scales and evolves as a culture. Foster strong business partnerships with a range of stakeholders at all levels; lead strategic, commercial, collaborative, solution-oriented conversations. Be a positive, proactive role model for the Global OD Team and the organization; bring leadership to conversations and act as a motivated player-coach. Qualifications Leads with purpose, maturity, and pragmatism; is a self-aware, model leader and team player. Strong OD experience (15+ years) with design, delivery, and evaluation of programs and demonstrable impact. Successful trajectory in an internal or consulting role; client-focused with gravitas, clear communication, and strong delivery. Experience in a large global commercial organization; highly matrixed environment preferred. Financial, Professional Services, or Insurance industry experience preferred. Autonomous operator who can work at pace and get things done.
