Overview The Organizational Development Coordinator provides essential support in organizing and tracking organizational development initiatives that enhance employee performance, engagement, and career growth. This role serves as a liaison between HR, leadership, and cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth execution of development programs and accurate reporting of key metrics. The coordinator plays a vital role in enabling successful delivery and continuous improvement of talent initiatives. Key Responsibilities Organizational Development Support Coordinate logistics for programs, workshops, and learning experiences across various formats (in-person, virtual, e-learning). Assist in the rollout of leadership development, onboarding, retention, and career pathing initiatives. Support stakeholder collaboration by gathering input and aligning program execution with business needs. Program Coordination Manage scheduling, communications, and materials for development programs. Track participation, collect session feedback, and support continuous improvement efforts. Monitor and report on program effectiveness using KPIs and feedback tools. Facilitation & Associate Support Provide administrative support for group sessions and workshops on topics such as communication, team dynamics, and performance. Serve as a resource for associates navigating available development programs. Talent & Succession Planning Assist in maintaining succession planning tools and updating plans throughout the year. Support the coordination of the annual talent review and calibration process. Help compile data and documentation related to career paths within Operations and other key functional areas. Culture & Engagement Promote learning and inclusion by supporting engagement initiatives and communications. Assist in tracking and reporting on organizational development activities and outcomes. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field 3+ years of experience in talent development, learning & development, or related HR functions Experience with Workday is preferred but not required Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management abilities Certification in coaching, instructional design, or related areas is preferred but not required (e.g., ATD, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, PHR/SPHR, CPTD) #J-18808-Ljbffr ABC Supply Co.
