To ensure success as an Organizational Development Specialist, you should exhibit extensive experience as a development specialist in a related industry and the ability to provide guidance on the allocation of resources. A first-class organizational development specialist will be someone whose expertise translates into optimized efficiency and increased profitability. Human Resources Solutions (HRS)/ Organizational Development is recruiting for two (2) Administrative Staff Analyst NM-I, to function as an Organizational Development Specialists who will: Responsibilities Conduct structural and operational analyses of business units to assess workflow efficiency, role clarity, and resource allocation. Design and implement OD programs (e.g., leadership development, succession planning, change management) in collaboration with the Office of Policy, Procedures, and Training. Partner with Talent Management (Recruitment Strategies) to align hiring, promotions, and workforce planning with organizational goals. Facilitate training and development initiatives (individual/group sessions) to improve cross-functional collaboration and skills alignment. Evaluate and report on OD interventions, tracking metrics such as employee performance, retention, and engagement. Advise leadership on strategic workforce planning, cost-effective solutions, and process improvements. Document processes, prepare progress reports, and present findings to senior leadership.
