This role partners with organizational leaders and departments to determine learning and development solutions that will improve business results, enhance culture, and drive organizational success. The specialist cultivates strategic partnerships with staff and leaders to develop trust, confidence, and credibility. Licensure Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Facilitator and DDI Facilitator Preferred. Education Master's Degree in Management, Education, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Communication, or a Related Field Required. Doctorate in Education or Psychology Preferred.
