Responsibilities

CHI Health Good Samaritan, a member of CommonSpirit Health™, is seeking a BC/BE Orthopedic Surgeon to join our team in Kearney, NE. This 200 bed Level II Trauma center with internal flight and EMS services. It provides comprehensive care not only to Central Nebraska but also serves as a regional referral center. It has a 24-bed open ICU and 24/7 hospitalist service.

Opportunity Details:

• Join our busy Orthopedic Surgery practice 
• Team consists of 2 MD's; and 4 PA's. Dedicated hospital based PA for IP care
• The clinic is attached to CHI Health Good Samaritan hospital. Easy access to OR. In clinic x-ray. Great staff
• CHI Health Good Samaritan Hospital has a dedicated unit for orthopedic patients as well as a highly respected and established  Joint Center program  and top rated orthopedic's program. IP Rehab and PMR

• Level II Trauma Center
• 200 bed facility
• 24 bed open ICU 
• State of the art OR suites - dedicated pre and post care areas
• Hospital and Intensivist programs
• Multiple subspecialty physicians
• Outpatient Surgery Center to extend your practice
• Rotating 1:8 Call
• EPIC EMR in both the clinic and hospital
• Academic affiliation with Creighton University School of Medicine

Qualifications

• American Board Certified or Board Eligible 
• Nebraska State license required
• Nebraska DEA required

Compensation Information:
$302.88 / Hourly - $364.15 / Hourly
