ATS is Now Hiring for Company and Lease Operator Trucking Positions

• Company Drivers earn up to $1,800 weekly
• Lease Operators earn up to $4,700 weekly
• 1,500-2,000 miles per week
• Steady Freight & Consistent Miles

Dry Van Truck Driver (Company & Lease Options) :

• Company: Earn $1,300 - $1,600+ per week
• Start at 60-62 CPM based on experience (average pay is 71 CPM)
• Minimum guaranteed weekly pay: $1,300 per week for the first 12 weeks
• Lease: Earn $3,500 - $4,300+ gross per week
• Two-year lease: $8,000 completion bonus ($2,000 after year one and $6,000 after year two)
• Multiple routes available (Dedicated, Midwest Regional, and OTR routes available)
• Home weekly options for dedicated and Midwest regional routes
• OTR drivers home every two weeks, when requested
• Mostly drop & hook freight
• Lease Purchase program available

• Average $1,200 - $1,500 per week
• Company van drivers start at 60-62 CPM based on experience
• Average company driver pay is 71 CPM
• $1,200/wk minimum pay guarantee (when working)
• $1,000 orientation completion bonus or sign-on bonus
• 1,700-2,000 miles per week
• Guaranteed home time every two weeks when requested
• Newer equipment
• APUs and inverters in EVERY company driver truck
• Refrigerators added upon request
• Vacation pay
• Medical, dental, and vision insurance
• Flights, car rentals, single rooms, and all meals at orientation covered (spouses are welcome!)

Midwest Regional Positions available for Van Company Drivers and Van Lease Operators in these states: IL, IN, KY, MI, MN, OH, & WI

Flatbed Driver (Lease) :

• Company: Earn $1,400 - $1,800 gross per week
• Pay Range: Start at 60-65 CPM based on experience
• Minimum guaranteed weekly pay: $1,400 per week for the first 12 weeks
• Lease: Earn $3,700 - $4,700+ gross per week
• One-year lease: $4,000 completion bonus
• Increased tarping pay
• 50% over-dimensional pay

• Average gross is $3,400 - $4,300 per week
• Two-year lease: $8,000 completion bonus ($2,000 after year one and $6,000 after year two)

• Purchase options available at the end

ATS Truck Driver Requirements

• Truck Driver must be a minimum of 21 years old with a valid CDL-A License
• Company Truck Driver : 6+ months verifiable OTR experience
• Lease Truck Driver : 1+ year verifiable OTR experience
• CDL Driver must meet DOT requirements
• CDL Truck Driver must have stable, verifiable work history & acceptable driving record
