Now Hiring: Warehouse Package Handler - 1st Shift 6AM-2:30PM

Weekly Pay $20/hr

Job Description

You will work with the assembly and shipping department to package finished products for shipping including creating labels and packaging tasks.

**** Must be able to accommodate training schedule: 8AM-4:30PM for 2 weeks ****

Responsibilities

• Follow work instructions for packaging.

• Move products around the warehouse and assembly areas.

• Package and assemble products as necessary.

• Receive items to stock and create shipping orders.

• Utilize various transportation and logistics companies to ship packages, including UPS and FedEx.

• Perform cycle counting and maintain inventory accuracy.

• Ability to lift up to 50-60lbs

• Proficiency in packaging, order picking, and using RF scanners.

• Experience with labeling software and final packaging & labeling.

• Knowledge of SAP or ERP systems.

• Experience with production, pallet jack operation, and cycle counting.

The work environment is a low volume, high product mix setting, ensuring variety in daily tasks. It is very clean, well-conditioned, and offers plenty of space with well-separated departments. The facility is part of a company that manufactures automated drives and brake systems, with a parent company producing brake systems for renowned German automotive brands.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $19.50/hr.
