Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An immediate opportunity is available for a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to serve a diverse K-12 caseload, helping students from preschool through 12th grade achieve their communication goals. This role is based in Courtland, VA, within a school setting and runs through the end of the academic year. Part-time candidates are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing individualized speech and language therapy services to students across elementary, middle, and high school levels.
  • Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to create and implement effective treatment plans.
  • Conducting evaluations and assessments to identify student needs.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and progress reports.
  • Supporting students in 1st through 12th grades, including preschool learners.

Desired qualifications and skills:

  • Valid SLP certification with pediatric experience preferred.
  • Experience working with students in elementary, middle, and high school settings.
  • Ability to manage a varied caseload spanning preschool to 12th-grade students.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
