- Work Schedule: Mon - Thursday 4p-8am and Friday - Mon 4pm-8am
- 7 on/7 off required or Week on two weeks off

- Patient Information: Census is 2 patient transfers and 3 program admissions.
Requirements to apply: -Current CV with all gaps explained (within the last 6 months)
-Names/numbers of 3 references
-U.S. Citizenship required or Green Card Holder
-Must have worked within the last 6 months - Pay Information: $400k for Week on Week off a year or 1099 $150 an hour

MMR, Hep B, Varicella, Tetanus (Td), PPD, Flu,
Required certifications – BLS, ACLS & ATLS
Fingerprints/background check is - Board Certification Requirements: Certified or Eligible

- License State: Any State License accepted
