Position Overview: The Investment Associate will play a key role in evaluating, executing, and managing investments within the industrials sector. This individual will be deeply involved in every stage of the deal lifecycle, from initial sourcing and diligence through portfolio company value creation and exit. Key Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth industry and market research across industrial subsectors to identify investment opportunities. Build and maintain detailed financial models to assess acquisition targets and forecast performance scenarios. Assist in the preparation of investment committee presentations and support transaction structuring and negotiations. Collaborate with portfolio company management teams to implement strategic growth and operational improvement initiatives. Monitor portfolio performance, track key metrics, and contribute to value creation plans and board-level reporting.
