Were looking for a Product Designer to join our growing team at Blissy , the leader in luxury silk and wellness essentials. This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on experience designing and developing consumer wellness productsfrom concept and prototyping to sampling and packaging. Youll help shape the future of our expanding product line, including bedding and hair care innovations, while ensuring everything we create meets Blissys high standards of design, quality, and performance.

• Lead product design and development from concept to production across new and existing categories
• Work closely with sourcing and manufacturing partners to oversee sampling, materials, and technical specifications
• Collaborate with packaging and branding teams to create cohesive, premium product presentations
• Translate consumer insights and trends into new product ideas and design directions
• Manage timelines, revisions, and approvals throughout the development process
• Support the expansion into bedding, sleep, and hair care categories with thoughtful, functional design solutions
• Ensure all designs meet brand, performance, and quality standards

• 3+ years of product design and development experience in wellness, beauty, or home goods
• Strong understanding of end-to-end product creation, including prototyping, materials, and vendor collaboration
• Proven experience working with manufacturers on sampling and production refinement
• Packaging design or packaging development experience is a major plus
• Familiarity with bedding, sleep, or hair care products is highly preferred
• Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills
• A creative eye with strong attention to detail and a passion for premium product design
