Job Description

Mandatory Skills: CPQ, EMS

• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in implementing and managing CPQ and Entitlement Management Systems (EMS) (Preferably SAP CPQ and SAP EMS)
• Strong understanding of CPQ processes such as product configuration, pricing, discounts, approvals, and quoting
• Experience working with business to identify and document business requirements related to product configuration, pricing, quoting, and discounting processes.
• Experience working closely with technical/Engineering teams to ensure the CPQ and EMS system is well-integrated with other enterprise systems such as CRM/ERP and billing systems.
• Must have experience with subscription models, software license management, or usage-based billing processes.
• Experience in integrating CPQ and EMS with CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, or ServiceNow)
• Must have experience in defining systems strategy, roadmap, developing process flow diagrams, system interface diagrams, user journeys and stories, developing business and systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions.
