Salary: 22.00

Express Employment Professionals is now hiring Production Laborers for a local stone production company with opportunities for long-term employment and growth. This is a hands-on, physically active role in a production environment. Candidates will be assigned to one of two areas in the plant: the Dry Side or the Wet Side .

Key Responsibilities:

Dry Side:

• Sort stones from a conveyor belt into designated bins (e.g., corner stones, side stones)
• Lift and move stones from chest-height conveyor
• Maintain pace and accuracy in sorting

Wet Side:

• Stack small flat stones onto pallets after cutting
• Work down the line from the saw area
• Ensure proper stacking and handling of stone for shipping

Schedule:

• Morning meeting: 6:50 AM
• Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• No weekends or holidays required

Requirements:

• Must be clean-shaven daily (to ensure proper fit of provided respirators)
• Able to lift 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Comfortable working in a production environment with repetitive tasks
• Dependable and able to work full shifts on your feet

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE):

Candidate Must Provide:

• Clear safety glasses (no tinted or colored lenses)
• Steel-toed boots for Dry Side or Muck boots for Wet Side (depending on assignment)
