Salary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-drivenProgram Manager to lead services and support within the agency's ServiceNow platform. This will include SecOps Security Incident Response, operations and maintenance (O&M) support, and the integration of additional modules and capabilities (like IRM, SecOps, and HSRD modules) within the agency's existing ServiceNow (SMP) platform, which includes ITSM Pro and ITOM Visibility.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• The role includes day-to-day Agile design, development, testing, production implementation, operations and maintenance support, business process documentation, requirements analysis, development of user stories, functional and technical elaboration, configuration, testing, production/release support, bug fixes, and administrative support.
• Work will be prioritized by respective Product Owners (POs) and agency's Division Leads within their area during Release/Sprint Planning. Thus, there will be a lot of team coordination.
• The Program Manager will interface across teams, build relationships, and work with agency leaders to ensure the program is running effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

1. 10+ years of program management
2. 5+ years of which were supporting ServiceNow implementations in the Federal Government
3. 5+ years of demonstrated experience managing Federal Government information technology programs, leading teams of at least 20 staff
4. ITIL Certification or 5+ years working within an IT Operations environment
5. US Citizenship

This position is contingent on contract award.
