Apex Systems is hiring a Project Coordinator to support a high-impact Medicaid PMO initiative. This is a remote-first role with minimal travel (up to 25%, though travel has not been required to date). If travel is needed, all expenses will be reimbursed.
Join a collaborative team working on mission-critical healthcare projects that make a real difference in public health outcomes.
Support project planning, tracking, and reporting.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Assist in delivering Medicaid-related IT initiatives.
Ensure documentation and compliance standards are met.
Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) PMI Certified.
Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS).
23 years of experience in a State Medicaid Agency PMO.
Experience with DDI (Design, Development, and Implementation) projects.
Ability to work Central Time Zone hours.
Interview Process: 2 rounds.
Project Duration: Ongoing (in-flight project).
