Job Description
Our Client is seeking a Project Coordinator for its Sacramento, CA location. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience supporting a project management team with administrative functions, managing multiple projects/tasks, and delegated duties. Resource must also be very proficient in Google Sheets, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook), computer and technical savvy, with excellent time management, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills. This role has varied shift hours: 7 am-3:30 pm, 8:30 am-5 pm, and 10:30 am-7 pm, with a remote on-call shift approximately once, every 4 -6 weeks. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Handle weekly reports for maintenance jobs completed for Customers.
- Communicate on conference calls and with team on project status and plans to fulfill the customer request/need.
- Submit quotes for generator repairs in a timely manner.
- Review jobs and make sure they are in the correct billing status and update customer database.
- Work with Managers to review and resolve any billing questions.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers and personnel.
- Manage field staff to comply with all job specifications, industry standards, safety rules, regulations, company policies, and procedures.
- Verify materials are being accurately captured and the correct amounts are being billed.
- Route & schedule technicians for efficiency and customer expectations
- Assist in monthly budget forecasts to keep project in line.
REQUIREMENTS: - A minimum of 3+ years' experience in administrative support
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook) & Google Sheets
- Computer and Technology-savvy with the ability to learn new programs and apps with ease.
- Experience managing or delegating work to direct reports or field technicians.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities/projects at once.
- Ability to quickly learn and work with new technologies/software programs.
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimum or limited supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate with customers work progress.
