Job Description
A mission-driven SaaS company is hiring a Project Manager to lead custom software implementations for government agencies. These are greenfield builds — not just maintaining existing SaaS products. You'll help shape timelines, delivery frameworks, and how cross-functional teams collaborate.
What You'll Do
Lead full-cycle client implementations for public sector software
Collaborate with developers, BAs, and leadership to plan and deliver projects
Own milestone planning, risk tracking, and client updates
Help evolve internal PM practices — your voice matters
You'll Excel If You Have
5+ years PM experience (custom dev or public sector preferred)
Hands-on with Jira, Zendesk, or similar
Strong communicator with a flexible, structured mindset
Bonus: GovTech, PMP/CSM, or functional programming exposure
