Project Manager Multi-Family / Affordable Housing / Large Stick-Framed Construction

Location: Dublin, OH

Type: Full-Time

Salary Range: $115,000 $125,000 + Bonus

About the Opportunity

Our client, a fast-growing leader in construction management, is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a background in multi-family housing and large stick-framed projects . The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can independently lead complex construction projects from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multi-family and large stick-framed housing construction projects.
• Coordinate and communicate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project alignment.
• Prepare project estimates and budgets.
• Develop and manage detailed construction schedules and timelines.
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
• Provide regular status updates and reports to leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of construction project management experience (required).
• Proven experience with large stick-framed housing projects (required).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Willingness to travel as needed for project execution. (Will need to travel New Castle, PA a couple times per month)

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $115,000 $125,000 (commensurate with experience)

Candidate Requirements

• 25+ years of relevant experience in construction project management.
• No visa sponsorship available.
• No security clearance required.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
