Mobile Nurse Practitioner – Part-Time (Psychiatric Background Preferred)

About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate, mission-driven Nurse Practitioner (NP) with a psychiatric background to join a growing mobile care team serving homebound patients throughout Broward County. This is a part-time position with the opportunity to transition to full-time, offering flexibility, autonomy, and the chance to make a real impact in patients' lives.

You’ll provide in-home skilled medical care, often complex, to individuals who are unable to access traditional office-based healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct home visits for medically complex, homebound patients
• Perform physical and psychiatric evaluations, manage chronic conditions, and adjust care plans as needed
• Collaborate with care teams, caregivers, and other providers to ensure coordinated, whole-person care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow all regulatory guidelines
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care with a focus on quality and dignity

Qualifications:

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner in the state of Florida
• Psychiatric background or PMHNP certification preferred
• Experience with home-based or complex medical care strongly valued
• Mission-driven, flexible, and comfortable working independently in the field
• Reliable transportation required

Compensation & Potential:

• Part-time to start, with flexibility to scale into full-time role
• Full-time roles typically compensated at $125K+—compensation will be aligned to match the right fit
