Overview WHAT WE OFFER * Competitive pay * Weekly pay and early wage access – get paid when you need it * 401(k) with employer matching * Paid sick time * Paid training * Employee assistance program * Employee discounts * Referral bonus * Opportunity to work with a growing company that actively rewards and promotes its employees WHAT YOU’LL DO * Assist in the development and execution of PR campaigns and initiatives * Monitor and analyze media coverage, providing insights and reports to the Sr. PR Manager * Draft press materials, including press releases, media alerts, media pitches and talking points * Maintain media lists and build relationships with key journalists and influencers. * Manage inbound media and influencers inquires * Stay updated on industry trends and news cycles to identify opportunities for proactive media outreach * Coordinate logistics for media events and interviews * Support internal communication efforts as needed, and support cross-team communications/collaborative efforts * Think creatively and identify new opportunities for the team WHAT YOU’LL BRING Experience and Education: * Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Marketing or Communications * Minimum of 2 years of experience in public relations or a related field, PR agency experience preferred * Proficient in media monitoring tools, and Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite * Experience with PR measurement and evaluation tools * Familiarity with social media platforms and their role in PR strategies Skills and Attributes: * Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for various audiences * Proven analytical skills, with experience drawing insights from data * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities * Strong project management skills; detail-oriented with time management skills * Ability to travel once per quarter Physical Requirements: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
