TalentOne Recruitment and Staffing is looking for a Bookkeeper / Controller Candidate for a well-established company located in Los Angeles, CA.

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday – Friday (1st Shift)

Payrate: $25 - $35 (DOE)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare payroll and ensure timely processing for all employees
• Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
• Conduct regular reconciliations of bank statements and accounts
• Check the accuracy of business transactions
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in payroll processing and accounts payable/receivable management (minimum of 8 years)
• Fundamental knowledge of GAAP, governmental accounting principles, 3PL warehouse, & WMP systems
• Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar financial software (minimum of 8 years)
• Prior bookkeeping experience (minimum of 8 years)
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 (minimum of a year)
• SAP Warehouse Management (minimum of 4 years)
