What you get to do:

• Assists a project team and develop a strategy from initial client relationship building, project concept through entitlements, leasing, financing, design, construction, and turnover to the asset management
• Assists with coordinating consultants and project team members to deliver real estate projects to completion that meet the needs of our clients
• Assists in financial feasibility analysis of new acquisition and development opportunities.
• Leverages industry, economic, and market information to support financial underwriting/modeling.
• Assists the group’s development and asset management teams to generate leads to lease space in both new business development and stabilized properties as needed to support our business.
• Assists our business development team in pursuit of new clients and project
• Helps manage our CRM software and executing on the creation of our Sales Qualified

What we expect from you:

• Enrollment in/ pursuit of bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or related
• Strong communication skills, including a willingness and comfortability to create and maintain relationships by means of cold and warm phone calls, are important to be successful in this
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Suite programs is required, with strong skills in Excel preferred.
• Most importantly, all candidates must demonstrate a strong desire and aptitude to pursue a career in commercial real estate
• Goal oriented, with a focus on personal development
• A valid driver’s license may be Individuals in this role may be subject to an annual Motor Vehicle Records check. The outcome of any MVR checks conducted may negatively impact the persons’ ability to participate in any vehicle program provided by the company, including but not limited to the ability to drive a personal vehicle on behalf of Boldt Holdings or rent a vehicle through for business travel purposes.

Intern’s hourly wages are based on relevant previous internship experience. The range is $21 to $25 per hour.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to remain in a stationary position for up to eight hours. The employee occasionally is required to move to access people or workspaces. Constantly operates a computer and other office equipment, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer. The ability to effectively communicate is required. The employee may occasionally move up to 15 pounds. 

The working conditions of this position requires the employee to work inside an office environment. The environment for which this position functions may contain scents and fragrances. May be requested to work overtime and weekends.
