About the Role
Medworks is hiring a Regional Service Manager to provide elevated leadership, operational oversight, and field support across our West Region, including Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Montana. This role offers a high degree of autonomy and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic field environment.
While this position is not a clinical role, the Regional Service Manager must have the operational awareness and working knowledge necessary to support case coverage when needed. You’ll be a key partner to the VP of Operations—helping guide field teams, improving operational efficiency, supporting credentialing compliance, strengthening relationships with accounts, and ensuring exceptional service delivery across a multistate region.
Your leadership will directly influence customer satisfaction, team performance, and the overall success of Medworks’ service operations in the West.
