What YOU’LL will do:

• Provide nursing support and consultation with the state's Nurse Practice Act and physician orders.
• Ensure individuals receive routine and preventative health services and medication administration is completed accurately according to regulations.
• Provide health related education to those served and those who serve in the agency.
• Maintain and review electronic healthcare records to monitor pertinent health status, provide accurate and through documentation and update agency leaders as needed
• Build effective relationships with colleagues, persons served and their providers and families/guardians.

SCHEDULE: Days, 8 hour shifts, can work up to 24 hours a week - required to work at least 24 hours a quarter,  NO HOLIDAY, ONCALL or   NO WEEKEND hours requirements,  travel within Grand Island, Hastings, York, Axtell may be required - agency vehicle provided.

What YOU’LL Need:

• State license required in nursing, Bachelors' or Associates degree in nursing
• 1 year of nursing experience
• Must be able to lift, push and pull at least 50 pounds.
• Valid Driver's license
