\n\nWhat will be your daily pursuit?:\n

Your daily pursuit is welcoming our guests and helping them have the most comfortable Whitefish and Glacier adventure possible!

\n\nWhat will your compensation be?:\n

$20.00/hour

\n\nWhat will you do in this job?:\n

• Split role, two nights as Relief Overnight Driver and two nights as Relief Night Auditor
• Overnight front desk service using the property management system, check guests in and out, assign rooms, make reservations, answer phones, resolve guest inquiries
• Run nightly audit for Grouse Mountain Lodge and select Glacier Park Collection properties, reconcile revenue, balance folios, generate and distribute reports
• Safely shuttle guests to and from the downtown pickup point, the Amtrak station, and the airport, follow all company driving and safety procedures
• Secure the building after hours, ensure exterior doors are locked, confirm guests are safely in their rooms, conduct light security rounds
• Keep the lobby tidy, restock supplies, take out garbage, complete simple cleaning tasks as needed
• Maintain accurate logs and handoffs for the morning teams
• Other duties as assigned, reliability and comfort working overnight are essential

\n\nWhat skills and experience do you need for this job?:\n

• Previous Front Desk experience strongly preferred
• Valid driver’s license required, MVR and background check will be completed
• Work-ethic and commitment to the team and guest is key
• Be willing and able to work solo or as a part of a larger team.
• Be committed to Safety First and the highest quality of cleaning & sanitizing standards
• Be organized with a great eye for detail
• Be kind to others and always bring your best
• Be a good communicator, always suggesting ideas and solutions
• Be helpful and friendly, willing to go the extra mile
• Be relaxed, flexible and able to handle a few curve balls
• Be ready to have fun!

Busy. You need to be prepared for a physical working environment with walking, stair climbing, bending, reaching, lifting (up to 50 pounds with assistance) as required
