Enablr Therapy is currently hiring part-time school social workers to provide teletherapy services to students in a virtual school setting for the 2025-2026 school year. We partner with virtual schools across the country to connect students and families with high-quality mental health professionals. Our proprietary platform was built with therapists in mind-streamlining scheduling, documentation, caseload management, and communication so you can focus on what you do best: providing exceptional care. Position Overview: This is a part-time role requiring a minimum of 12 hours per week during school hours. You'll provide school-based social work services to students virtually using Enablr's HIPAA-compliant platform. We're looking for compassionate, independent clinicians with experience in school settings who are excited to bring their skills into a virtual environment. Qualifications: Candidates must hold an active Pennsylvania Clinical Social Work License (LCSW) and have or be willing to obtain a Pennsylvania Department of Education School Social Worker Certificate. A minimum of two years of school-based experience is required. Teletherapy experience is preferred but not required. A private, secure workspace with a reliable computer and high-speed internet is necessary. An interview, license verification, and FBI background check are required for employment.
