Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our remote QA team as a Remote Usability Tester . In this role, you'll be responsible for evaluating user experience, testing app and website functionality, and providing critical feedback that helps improve our digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Execute detailed usability testing scenarios for mobile and web platforms.
• Document bugs, glitches, and user experience pain points with clarity.
• Collaborate with development teams to communicate issues and feedback.
• Ensure that software features work across devices, browsers, and screen sizes.
• Submit comprehensive daily or weekly reports on findings and recommendations.

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow structured instructions.
• Comfort with remote working tools and familiarity with app ecosystems.
• Prior experience in quality assurance, user testing, or related fields preferred.
• Reliable internet connection and access to a desktop, laptop, or mobile device.
