ResponsibilitiesDeliver/pickup: Safely and punctually deliver rental items to various event venues and residential homes.
Vehicle Maintenance : Ensure the delivery vehicle is in good working condition and report any issues promptly.
Client Interactions: Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, addressing any client questions or concerns professionally.
Inventory Management: Assist in loading and unloading rental items, verifying accuracy, and maintaining inventory levels.
Receiving: Receive rental items into warehouse following established process.
Communication: Keep open lines of communication with the operations team to ensure smooth delivery schedules.
RequirementsValid Driver's License : Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Physical Stamina: Ability to lift and carry Rental items, up to 50lbs, as well as perform physical tasks related to rental item handling.
Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service abilities to interact with clients in a positive and professional manner.
Detail-Oriented: Keen attention to detail when inspecting rental items and completing delivery/pick-up paperwork.
Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality to ensure on-time deliveries and pick-ups.
Team Player: Collaborative spirit to work effectively with colleagues and contribute to the success of the team.
