R&D Technician – Southern Classic Food Group (Brundidge, AL)

Southern Classic Food Group, a leading manufacturer of sauces, dressings, syrups, and specialty food products, is hiring an R&D Technician to support product innovation and improvement.

What you’ll do :

• Assist with product development from bench-top to plant trials
• Prepare samples, run tests (pH, viscosity, stability, sensory, etc.), and document results
• Support scale-up for production and collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Procurement
• Maintain lab inventory and equipment

What we’re looking for :

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Food Science, Chemistry, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1–3 years in R&D, food lab, or food manufacturing preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills
