POSITION SUMMARY:

$500 Sign On Bonus after 6 months of Employment

As our Reservations (Sales & Hospitality Agent) , you’ll be the enthusiastic and engaging force behind our sales efforts and guest interactions. In this role, each day will be a little different as you focus on sales and expertly manage reservations. You’ll also be responsible for helping to enhance guest experiences by understanding and responding to their needs with precision and professionalism.

Your daily tasks will include outreach to repeat guests to encourage direct bookings, screening booked guests, executing a VIP program for our extra special guests, and optimizing our presence across booking platforms. 

With your strong sales skills, you will ensure that all communications are handled accurately and with best in class service.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Follow-up on sales across all online travel agencies (OTAs) and direct bookings.
• Encourage recurring reservations through our official website. 
• In-house guest communication and coordination 
• Coordinate VIP guest gifts and walk-throughs 
• Assist with optimizing online listings 

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales/hospitality industry 
• Sales-focused, comfortable contacting leads by phone, text, and email
• Self-motivated, ability to start/finish and present on projects independently
• Strong communicator 
• Able to work across multiple computer systems and platforms at once
• Must have a knowledge base of the San Diego beach communities 

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Hourly Wage: $22 - $25 based on experience and achievement 

Bonus: Monthly sales bonus potential of up to $2,000 annually. 

Additional: $500 Sign On Bonus - paid after 6 months of Employment

Schedule: This is a full-time hybrid position with the option of telecommuting for a portion of the time.
