Press & Grind Cafe is a local coffee house & juice bar. We are seeking experienced Manager candidates to fill immediate positions.

We are searching for Leaders in the Fast Casual Restaurant space to join us as we continue to expand our fast growing concept. We currently have two (2) locations open in Fort Lauderdale with two more locations coming soon!

We serve amazing coffee & organic fresh pressed juices, acai bowls, sandwiches & salads. We are looking for someone who is passionate about living a healthy lifestyle, has a love of fresh food and coffee and wants to share this passion with others. You will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable dining experience in an amazing fast casual atmosphere unlike any other in South Florida.

We need experienced Managers that want to grow with us. Position requires early mornings but we also close early so you can say good bye to working late night shifts. Managers are expected to work 50-55 hours per week and 5 days per week. Paid vacation, supplemental medical insurance and PTO available after 90 days.

Responsibilities:

• Leaders & Coaches who can motivate your team
• Supervise and coordinate all culinary & beverage programs
• Oversee guest services and resolve issues
• Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation
• Assist in training and management of staff
• Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
• Maintain inventory, process orders with vendors
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations

​ Qualifications:

• Must have at least 2 years of previous leadership or Management experience in Fast Casual dining
• Serve Safe Manager Certificate
• Strong leadership qualities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Must fluently speak and read English
• Need to have a strong attention to detail
• Must be able to reliably commute to downtown Fort Lauderdale
