Are you a retail pro who knows how to build fixtures, read a planogram, and lead a team? Champion Installs is looking for experienced Field Supervisors to lead store setup projects across the U.S. If you’ve worked retail, managed teams, and take pride in getting the job done right — we want to hear from you.

 

What You’ll Do:

• Lead teams during new store builds, remodels, and relocations

• Read and execute planograms and schematics accurately

• Assemble shelving, gondolas, and store fixtures

• Merchandise product to visual standards

• Communicate clearly with team members, clients, and leadership

• Solve problems on-site and keep projects on track

• Ensure a safe, clean, and positive work environment

 

What You Bring:

• 2+ years of retail/merchandising/fixture install experience

• 2+ years of team leadership or supervisory experience

• Ability to read and execute planograms

• Strong written and verbal communication

• Positive attitude and attention to detail

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and travel extensively

• Valid driver's license and ability to rent a car
